Open meet a 'great success'

A big thanks to all the swimmers & coaches, parents, officials & helpers and sponsors. For our first open meet I was very proud of how well the competition went, how friendly everyone was and how smoothly it all flowed. Many supportive comments have been posted on the club blog from swimmers, parents and coaches. A full set of results are now available. The 2nd Annual Open Meet is booked for 29th November 2009! 2008 a successful year for Bramcote

This year has been one of our most successful years. Swimmer numbers are at a record high at over 220. A re-organisation of the squads and the timetable has enabled this growth. The club's finances are very strong allowing for further investment in the club next year. Bramcote now has more qualified coaches and teachers than any other swimming club in the county. We have pool time at five pools: Bramcote; John Carrol; Lenton; Loughborough and Nottingham University.
